Go from feeling confused and overwhelmed to
confident and capable in the early weeks

Postpartum and Newborn Support Program is a safe space for conversations and connections about transitioning to parenthood. This support will help you to relate and respond to your family with intention. And all delivered in a way that is convenient for you.

We often hear how new parents feel uncertain, insecure, and anxious learning to care for their new infant.

“I'm not sure what I need to know. I feel so anxious and don't know where to go for help.”

“When we first brought our baby home, we literally just sat there, staring at him and thought... now what?"

“Even things like bathing my baby make me feel nervous. How do I know I am doing it right?”

“ There is just so much to learn and I am so tired. I don't know how I am going to figure this parenting thing out.”

Frequently asked questions

What makes Little Wonders unique?

Our program was created for parents, by parents - who also happen to be nurses. Little Wonders was designed to offer you an engaging and comprehensive experience preparing for your birth. Live classes go beyond traditional instruction and involve discussions, activities, and videos. You also receive your Little Wonders Workbook so you don't need to take notes. Continue learning in between classes with digital resources sent directly to your inbox. Your instructor is available to you through text and email for questions and support. You will also be invited to join our Little Wonders Community on our app and website where you can see events like parent meet-ups or workshops from parenting professionals from our community.

When should I start my Little Wonders Program?

We recommend starting your program so you finish between the 34th and the 37th week of pregnancy. Our program is 4 weeks long so be sure to plan ahead.

What is your refun policy?

Refunds can be requested up to 30 days prior to the start date of your class. Exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! You can choose to pay in one installment prior to the start of class or you can opt-in to our payment plan. The plan breaks the payment down into 3 equal installments, each being due before the start of class for the first 3 weeks.

Do you have group rates?

Know a friend that is pregnant at the same time? That is amazing! You can be a support for each other in so many ways, and also you both get a discount if you sign up for Little Wonders together. You can receive from 5-15% off the program price. The more the merrier (and the bigger the discount). Email us for more details.

Tell me more about the Postpartum Support Program?

The Postpartum Support Program is a 4-week, nurse-led postpartum support program to help you feel more confident as a new parent. It is the follow-up to the Little Wonders Program, where you will have access to live classes to meet and discuss common postpartum experiences. You will again have access to the professional support in the RN-facilitated program. Like Little Wonders, this program was created for parents, by parents - who also happen to be nurses. Postpartum Support was designed to offer you an engaging and comprehensive experience as you transition into life as a new parent. Live classes go beyond traditional instruction and involve discussions, activities, and videos. You also receive your Postpartum Support Workbook so you don't need to take notes. Continue learning in between classes with digital resources sent directly to your inbox. Your instructor is available to you through text and email for questions and support. You will also be invited to join our Postpartum Support Community on our app and website where you can see events like parent meet-ups or workshops from parenting professionals from our community.

What are the dates and times of the classes?

Each program is offered monthly (over 4 weeks). The live classes are on the same time each month. The dates and times of Little Wonders Childbirth Education Program is Sundays from 1-3 pm MST for the first 4 Sundays in a month. You can choose which month you wish you start when you purchase your plan. The Postpartum and Newborn Support Program is offered on Wednesdays from 10-11 am MST for the first 4 Wednesdays in a month. You can choose which month you wish you join the program for during the purchasing page of the payment plan. Please note that our programs typically begin on the first week of the month, but this may change depending on the month (i.e. January often starts on the second week).

When should I start my Postpartum Support Program?

We recommend starting your program so your baby is between 3-4 months old, around the time most parents feel they are starting to come out of the "newborn fog" and begin to feel they can get more out of our programs.
